Terms and Conditions

Our warranty applies only to the original purchaser through the Authorized sellers in United States. Alaska/Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO/FPO, Africa, Europe, Asia, Oceania, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Central America and Caribbean, North America, South America (and PO Box) are excluded in our shipping locations.
(1) Please show us the original order receipt.
(2) Please provide all warranty conditions required, such as sending the pictures to show us the issues.
(3) We may either help you replace the defective parts or offer the partial refund, or require you to return the original product for examination. And we can provide FedEx pre-paid return label.

How to File a Warranty Claim?

Please provide the following information to help you solve the problem as soon as possible.
(1) Please show us the detailed purchase records. Order ID number will be required.
(2) Please provide the detailed description of your concern and how it occurred
(3) Please send us the pictures to show or help explain the concern in detail. Videos may be required occasionally.

The Conditions Are Excluded In Our Warranty

The original purchasers must provide all proofs of purchase.
The following circumstances are excluded in our warranty. You may pay the extra fee to proceed.
(1) Any damage resulting from road hazards such as gravel or other debris
(2) Any improper installation
(3) Any product modifications or repairs
(4) Any damage in accident
(5) Any weather or environmental factors

Tips

Please note that road salt/snow may increase the possibility of rusting, but if you do the following tasks, it will prevent it from happening
(1) Wax your car before the first snowfall to provide an extra layer of protection.
(2) Treat the undercarriage/brackets with an anti-corrosion oil from a car parts store.
(3) Wash the vehicle after it encounters lots of salt/snow, making sure it’s dried afterward.
